From a news article today on the miss:

"Dell's share of the U.S. PC market fell to 29.8% in the first quarter from 32% a year earlier, according to the latest numbers from research firm Gartner."

Hi John,

Yup...looks like the road to 100b isn't as easy as said; looks like the stock isn't going to 100 anytime soon; looks like they can't take widgets and sell them well; looks like they will not be the only computer company standing; looks like Dell isn't inexpensive in the low 30's, etc...

We'll see what spin the conference call brings next week.
