"Its never too late to have a Happy Childhood" was one of his favorite expressions ;) .... cultures of man have naturally always gotten too immersed in their myths covenient for keeping the powerful in power , human landscapes bogged down under the weight of institutionalized dogma and the nationalism, another form of virulent tribalism . Globalization is an inevitability , and some reject it ofcourse , but should be embraced , imo. That was one of the great gifts of "The Enlightenment", to be free to see the beauty within the diversity of other cultural examples . *There was a very good reason Joseph Campbell moved to Hawaii ....besides the beauty of the landscape there .
