Mona is right on about the necessity of seeing the movie to remind us of what happened. Personally i probably wont go because of my direct involvement in the events in NYC. I need no reminding. However her criticism of the WaPost article makes little sense. Did you read it? It talks about liberties taken in filmmaking. Obviously this movie is far more accurate than Michael Moore or Oliver Stone flicks. As far as Munich goes, many cons i know who saw it didnt see what other cons have said they saw. Spielberg making excuses for Jew killers is not in his nature even if he is a liberal. I havent seen that one either. I tend not to go to the movies too often these days because most of the fare regardless of ideology is garbage. I miss a few good ones but i can always catch them on cable later on if i wish.
