Thar she blows. There are so many things to pick at in that report it's hard to know where to begin, but it looks like they sold no tower units and are back-loading the fiscal year more than any other builder has done.

Then there is the drop in expected pre-sales to 50%-60%, when the articles I've been reading say lenders want minimum 70%. That 50%-60% rate is liable to drop which means they'll be building on spec.
