It showed 19,000 on the ask at $0.31. So I put in an order to buy 20,000 at $0.31. The 19,000 were filled immediately and it showed my remaining 2,000 on the bid and the ask now at $0.34. So I went to change my order to buy the last 2,000 at $0.34 -- but it wouldn't let me and immediately showed another 19,000 at $0.31!

So the MMs are unloading a pile at $0.31 for somebody.
