Why well in China state wages have risen 15% and we have a new problem it costs more in certain areas of manufacturing to live in the area than wages received from work can pay for. In India things are booming but a great deal of the people in India as well as China are not booming but going bonkers as prices go up. China still relies on exports and has raised her rates hoping to off set inflation. People here who have made incredible profits on property have a surplus of dollars. While in lower priced houses many more are going on the market than upper priced. Gold is going up. We I am positive have world inflation but I am not an expert on the net bubbles and this could be what is happening in the gold market now.
