For anyone who follows order cancellations and number of homes on the market, it is incredibly obvious you are right. The rates for each are climbing every week. There is no way this is a "blip", "temporary phenomenon", or "soft landing". The housing market is going into a tailspin and most of the homebuilders still have their throttles wide open.

Let's see if any of the analysts have the guts to state about WCI what they surely all see.

At least there is hope for WCI. Going into preservation mode now gives them a chance of survival. Contrast that to the incompetent management running TOL.
