(OTCBB:PTLD) announced today that year end figures for 2005 were around $1,560,000 with year end earnings in the $350,000 range, or over 3.3 Cents a share. Management went on to state that 2006 is looking to be a better year. Petrol has added 3 new clients and has six pulling units now in operation. Management feels that revenues in 2006 should exceed three million and earnings per share should be up to ten cents a share. PTLDE, per the PR from last year, the float is probable 3-4 mil shares (10 mil - 6.3 million): SHWJ owns approximately 63% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Petrol Industries, Inc. Petrol Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PTLD) announced today that it has completed the final close on the sale of 1,240,612 shares of its common stock to SHWJ Oil & Gas Company, Inc. (a Texas Corporation) pursuant to a stock purchase agreement with SHWJ as announced on March 30, 2005. The 1,240,612 shares were issued by Petrol in transactions not registered under the Securities Act of 1993 in reliance upon the exemption provided for in Section 4(2) of Securities Act of 1933.
