Which is why the CIA wanted it investigated. Besides, he didn't say "only if she wasn't outed before". The CIA considered her status classified. Which, by definition, meant it was. Whether or not she had been outed before isn't relevant until the CIA changes her status.

What kind of nonsense is this? If a levee is over-topped it quickly erodes into a breach. Besides, with the shipping on the Mississippi, a barge train or other shipping has always been considered a hazard to the levees. Which is why breaches were always in the models.
