Now this is why I come to the conclusion that you are "intellectually challenged".

Nile perch aren't in every lake and stream. Outside of the Nile and its tributaries(umm, that means in Africa), nile perch only exist where humans have introduced them. Texas Parks and Wildlife tried introducing them into Texas during the 1970s. They were thought to be attractive to sports fishermen. But, the water gets too cold in the winter. They didn't breed and eventually died out.
