Could be - no one can destroy a boss quicker than disgruntled employees. I don't see the General doing any better, or anyone likely to be seen as a Bush loyalist. I think the CIA feels they were tooled and sold out as scapegoats by Goss's Medal of Freedom winning predecessor. They actually told Bush that Iraq was no threat, but weren't listened to.
