From what I read, when there is a deadly disease in the camp, and the camp allows it and does not make attempts to cure or remove it, the whole camp is in danger. Having said that, I do know congregations of people that allow practicing homosexuals to attend in an effort to lead them away from the destructive lifestyle. Now, if you are asking me if there is a congregation of people that came together just so they could practice their lifestyle of sin, then yes I believe it could be called a cult. Same as if a group of practicing liars, or thieves, or lawyers(lol, couldn't resist), came together and called themselves a "church". Remember, church is not a place, The Church is the body of Christ, who is the Head.
