There are many flavors of libertarians. Some favor a private police and judicial system.

I'm not sure anarcho-captialists should be considered libertarians. "Libertarian" can be used for people who just want moderately smaller government combined with strong limits on its growth, and it can be used for hardline minarchists and everyone in between, but someone who doesn't want any government would be an anarchist.
