California's exam tests 10th-grade English, ninth-grade math and level-one algebra. Students need to answer 60 percent of the questions correctly to pass each section.

If a 12th grade student can't pass a 10th grade basic skills test why in the world would you give them a diploma? And only need a D to pass besides. Unreal! To say they aren't worth the paper they are printed on would be an understatement.

File a class action suit on behalf of the students that passed the test for the damages sustained from receiving a valueless "diploma". A certificate of attendance is much less valuable than a certificate of accomplishment.
