Bolton probably beats up his breakfast cereal every morning just to get warmed up. I saw a piece on him the other day that was too partisan to post but the quotes from other ambassadors there were not nice.

You've changed the subject from armed forces to rebuilding contracts.

I don't see how "If Bush relaxes his requirement that reconstruction contracts will be given only to contractors from the countries who are in the coalition, then we will see countries like France, Germany, Egypt, Saudi Arabia etc. jump in to rebuild Iraq." is an answer to the question "What Arab force is available?"
