TJ,
Peyto Q1 2006 earnings: biz.yahoo.com

Webcast available tomorrow @ 9:00AM Mountain Time.

Looks pretty good, especially the reserve life. I've been in and out of this one which was my first Canroy. Sold too soon, mostly because I was worried about holding pink sheet shares. Later bought back on the Canadian market.

Wonder when will come the time to buy these gassy trusts with both fists? That time is surely coming I think.

Yeah, how bout the goldbug music on CNBC? <g>

Hello old TJ,
Sure Ag,Au, and many other things must rise with respect to the US dollar. So far oil sands have done a little better than precious metals. No guarantee for the future, obviously.
Chugs,
Seeker

A lot more oomph?

My money's on Elaine Garzelli.

Remember her?

Elaine Garzelli was thought of as a guru for years beyond her usefullness because she correctly called the '87 crash
shorebubble.blogspot.com

Actually I still find her pretty useful, excerpt:

Now, some 30 years later, her crystal ball gazing skills remain very much in evidence. Early last April, for example, with the market in the midst of a correction and worry-warts everywhere, Ms. Garzarelli predicted in a New York Sun interview that stock prices would rise 10% to 20% over the next 12 months. Her reasoning at the time: Her 14 key market indicators were literally shouting that the bull was ready to romp.

Indeed, romp it did as the S&P 500 has since shot up about 17%, while a number of key market averages streaked to multi-year highs.

So what's ahead? "A lot more oomph," says Ms. Garzarelli
