I agree with you partially on Intel/AMD lead at the high end.

If < 5%, AMD will continue gaining market share, both units and dollars, just by shear momentum unless it lasts > 9 months

If > 20%, Intel is not a sure-fire dollar market share gainer. I think they would
a) have to be able to yield at least 5% of their output faster than the top end of AMD's output
b) have to be in this position for > 5 months.
c) even then, no chance of AMD having less market share (in $'s) in Q4 than they had in Q1, which is several % greater than last Q4

If inbetween, the results would be inbetween.
