Nadine, Gore, or any other candidate, would not have been the abysmal failure and disaster that Bush has been, and continues to be. Recovering from Bush will take at least a couple of decades.

Dennis, have you listened to Al Gore lately? He sounds unhinged.

Give us some examples.

There are plenty of shining examples of what a moron Bush is when he's not reading his prepared scripts, they can even be found on the whitehouse.gov web site.

As for dealing with Afghanistan after 9/11, the democrats largely but not unanimously went along with Bush's BS jive Iraq warmongering I seem to recall. And that was a preemptive war that has been draining our national budget at a rate of about 4 % per year, for mythical nucular weapons. Now Iran is in the process of having them and oil is over $70 a barrel - what a fine success, bravo !

Anyone who believes that the US government whether Gore or any other president was in place would have let 9/11 slide is unhinged.

Oh yes, unhinged is he?? Did you see his speech in NY after the illegal wiretaps issue became public? Not once did he mention seeing or sensing anyone's souls or his conversations with god. Oh yes, he did mention that the Iraq invasion was not a wise thing to do...obviously "unhinged" or "unpatriotic" at least.

Btw, do you have any videos of Gore looking for the WMD under the furniture of the Oval Office. Boy that would prove he was "unhinged", wouldn't it? Wow, looking for WMD in the Oval Office when you are not sensing souls....makes one want to "shudder"!
