Tony Blair's approval rating is lower than GW's. The majority of both countries' populations suffer from ADD....whining "the trade center thingy was way back in 2001...it won't happen again because all the terrorists are currently in Iraq":) They never get the point the U.S. Army is in Iraq to prevent another homeland attack. Both Bush & Blair have sacrificed their approval ratings in the short-term, knowing full well the History books will acknowledge their wise decisions in the future.
