In MD this election you can vote over a eight day period, but only in a few(about60) precincts, all of which are heavily democrat. No fraud will take place there

As a candidate, it's considered very bad manners and poor sportsmanship if you lose an election then cry "foul! rematch!" --

Unless -- you have solid evidence of cheating to a degree where it swings the election, and that the press back you up on it.

Gore's proof didn't arrive until weeks later, and I'm not sure if he paid attention to it.

Kerry's proof was insufficient, about 40,000 Ohio votes, and he needed at least 20,000 more. That proof may come out soon.

In Nixon's case the proof was rumor, whispers about the mob fixing West Virginia. Maybe it happened, maybe it didn't.
