Kerry is the perfect candidate for you then.
Kerry is not afraid to take on Bush over his foreign policy, not at all. He is in the progress of delivering a series of withering indictments of Bush's foreign policy.

Kerry's issue is to "end the Empire Of Oil". He is directly aiming at Exxon and Halliburton. And right now we see the market down because gas prices are finally turning into a slow-down of consumer spending. Expect that to continue.
