Things get MUCH EASIER if we throw out all limitations on the states use of its police power. Do you favor that? frankly, i was more worried about the jack booted thugs that burned up women and children because they didn't like the religion of the adherents and while the idea of my calls being 'screened' for patterns of contact with al quada is unpleasant, IF it succeeds in trapping an operative in the u.s. contacting osama and stopping the carnage...
