You are certainly entitled to your opinion on that. I can't remember him giving anyone a pass lately- right or left. If you make a generally disparaging remark about a whole class of people without qualifying it, you're out of there. Perhaps using carefully limited language comes more easily to the moderates, I don't know- I'm not one of them. I have to read my posts over carefully to make sure I'm not violating his rules accidentally. I don't find he is very tolerant of any disparaging remarks by anyone, and he has zero toleration for personal vendettas being worked out on his threads, which is the way I like it, even if I have to be very careful with my language. He had cause for all of his bannings, and while I would have given a pass to a couple of folks myself (2 on the right and one on the left)- I find Dale much more consistent than any other moderator I can think of, and it's his thread, and it's my favorite one (aside from a small personal thread of my own) since it is SO polite. Just love that politeness. Obviously other folks find his style restrictive. They have many alternate places to post. I didn't come here to defend Dale- I saw an obviously incorrect statement and I corrected it. That was my only intention. I don't like to see easily correctable errors stand.
