I agree, if we are KEPT from using our TECHNOLOGY to fight terrorism then we are going at this with one hand tied behind our back. If we have another attack, I fear it will be far worse in terms of loss human and economic then 9/11. I support anything within the law to prevent this. jdn

Something that has to be recognized is that our freedoms come with inherent risks. Where we draw the line between government authority and personal liberty is evolving, but this is what Benjamin Franklin said.
