Smithee, Blocking your phone number does no good when someone else is paying for the calls you make to them.

While you will be aware when you are making a telephone call to a toll-free number, you may not realize the number you are dialing is someone's cell phone. The recipient's cell phone company records those calls and the telephone numbers from which they originate. - Holly
