Seems to me that if they just found a way to "listen in on" FBI memos and presidential daily briefings, they would have caught the terrorists already and prevented 9-11. Instead they want to make the worlds largest data base that includes every call made...even domestic calls...every freakin call. What I want to know is have they learned how to log FBI memos and PDB's?
