rose, the organization my sister works for notified her recently that she would be assigned to Alaska from May through end of September... all her friends and family were thrilled, promising to visit. we had all been researching Anchorage and Juneau, planning trips,outings, etc. we have all had a very good laugh, for she was assigned to Kodiak Island! i hope we can swing it, for it would be so nice to really be in the "wilderness." i had hoped that we could have met you then, but i see where it is very, very far away. hope yesterday was great for you. raven
