Congress makes laws. And Dumbya signs it, adding that he need not follow it, because he is above the law. If that isn't the definition of "dictatorship", then what is?

Quit BS'ing the thread and read "The Iron Triangle". You obviously know nothing about The Carlyle Group, which incidentally should be investigated thoroughly along with Halliburton, and could end up being the biggest Bush era scandal of them all.

PS: There is a reason they put a few democrats on their facade. It's called camouflage.

GW Bush will likely end up at Carlyle Group like his father did, receiving huge bonuses for using his name and inside intel to help Carlyle Investors make bigger killings. But since Bush didn't deliver the Dubai Ports deal, he may get somewhat less than he would otherwise.

GW already has experience at Carlyle when they financed his Caterair firm, a company that went belly-up under GW's pisspoor (mis)management.
