Elmat, One reason that they don't go to those places is that the locals who don't share their political ideology are likely to kill them. <grin> Those places are not Kansas. Places like the Philippines do what they can to keep these meddlers at bay. Years ago the Ramos government exiled the US Peace Corp contingent to two little tiny fly spit islands, Camotes and Camugin, and forbade them to go roaming elsewhere. THe reason is that they were tired of these US lefties playing up to the local communists and otherwise causing trouble. Now they can go there and enjoy thier US government funded two year vacation and not cause any significant problems for the Filipinos. Slagle
