looking at aurcana AUN as a potential investor, the share structure looks weak to me.

I have been trying to learn about strong and weak stock structures from douglas casey's site.

by my calc., there will be 43 percent more shares outstanding when the stock becomes fully diluted, and it will become so rather quickly as all those cheap warrants are exercised.

am i wrong?

Shares outstanding 30.05 million
Options 1.68 ($0.13 to Feb 2007)
Warrants 11.00 ($0.12 to Nov 2005)
Shares Fully Diluted 42.73 million

Regards to all
