They'd probably hit DC first. Shorter flight. But first...Iran doesn't have a nuke yet, nor do they have an ICBM to launch it on. And if they did they would be committing suicide. It's likely that Iran will not strike first. With Bush Cheney in control...it's more likely right now that we will use a nuke on them first.

If Iran ever launches a nuke on the US, it will be some years after the US has attacked Iran with a nuke first.
