Enforce meaningful fines on the employers and people will deport themselves. The "deport 11 million people" is a red herring. We didn't "import" 11 million people, but somehow they got here Yes!

Where does the # 11M come from ? If someone has been able count the people, surely their identity is known ? And if so, why no action to rectify the situation ?
