Well, I got filled earlier...but didnt hear about the rs until 4:01 What kinda pisses me off is they filed on May 9th..just 3 days ago...and it states thay have no plans to do a rs in the filing.....How the heck do they put out a filing dated may 9 2006, stating NO RS, but then plan to do one right away... Oddly, I still have yet to see an official pr or filing stating they are doing a rs, but I did check several sites and it states they are changing their name and doing a 750 - 1 rs Heck, will we even be able to sell on monday...with the rs and the name change, I dont see how this can be sold on monday... Oh well...I'll wait and see I guess...If I can sell, and price is reasonable, then I will..if they tank it bigtime, I'll hold them as lotto tickets....
