Failure IS a great learning tool. Failure is rampant - I'm not exactly sure how many new businesses fail but it is LARGE. It's a fact of life - and these are by and large not scams but just a 'learning' experience.

To seek to eliminate the out and out scammers is good. But even then failure is there still, in LARGE measure. If we can avoid the non-scamming failures in advance we will truly be on to something.
