Offhand, I's believe what you say. It suares with my experience. Many American blacks have made it into the middle class and better since the sixties. The other part of the euation is that by letting so many Hispancis sneak into the US, the US is taking pressure off the Hispanic gov;ts to reform. If those people had to stay in their native lands to improve their lot, you can bet they wold put pressure on those gov'ts to change and to stop the corruption. If anyone really wants the source I'll try to find the link again. Yeah, I'd like to see what the numbers look like now.
