Sarmad - I somewhat misunderstood your question. Yes, for the most part Fab 36 is producing 90nm right now, though I'm sure they're running some 65nm already, they'd have to be by now. But the first official 65nm products will be A64 X2.

Sarmad, we've speculated here several times that all of the Fab 36 parts will be Rev F, which generally means virtualization and socket AM2. If so, those 90nm parts are being stockpiled for the launch. I consider it likely that Fab36 is also producing Rev E parts, they would be indistinguishable from all the other A64's, Semprons and Turions being sold on the market. And of course probably half the equipment of the fab is being used for tweaking of 65nm production. I would not be surprised to hear at the June analyst conference that 65nm production has started.

As to your question of where are the extra Fab36 parts going, remember that inventory shrank both in Q4 and Q1, and is very low. Inventory normally grows to above-average levels during Q2 and Q3 to meet Q4/Q1 demand. So some of the additional production goes there. With the imminent intro of new sockets and DC Turion 64, it isn't unlikely that AMD's unit sales will actually increase in both Q2 and Q3. When AMD feels they have sufficient inventory, they'll probably back off on Fab30 production as Fab36 ramps.
