Unusual original colors are rarer and can add value to a vehicle. I remember that color well, it was beautiful. And with the knockoff wheels. Too bad it isn't fuel injected. I've had 8 Corvettes. Two of them were new, the first and the last. The first was a '69 coupe, silver gray with the 427 big block and triple 2 barrel carbs. What a time it was to be in my early 20's, money in the bank, no worries and a new Corvette. Master of the Universe. <g>

I thought you had mentioned you had red.... is it the same year as the turquoise one? Did you get yours as an original owner, or is it a new 'toy'....?
