Captain.... TBLU+E is currently in arrears of filling its
audited 10Q... Run by CEO Turek!

What makes anyone think PLNI will file anything in a timely manor?

This is May of 2006 and we just now see a filing for Wickland holdings for 2003 and 2004. Just a tad late!

There is a lot more MOUNTAIN to climb here. Between Pink Sheets and now TDameritrade it has to be driving Turek absolutely nutso....

Just think what a crimp it is putting into his stock selling schedule for 2006!

happy trading,

shortzie

Captain... on another note...

re:There is no way from my perspective that real world numbers add up here to a growing, profitable company that can offset the growing dilution.

I still belive that PLNI generates income by selling the stock, its existance as a product manufacturing and sales company is irrelevant. This is what I think is the dirty little secret they do not want anyone to know.

Capt.. its no longer a secret... It was completely reveled in the recent 10Q filed for Wickland by PLNI. That was Tureks admission of guilt in writting.

It is because Turek uses outfits like Green baron, stockprowler, and big apple and pays them in stock that Pink sheets and TDameritrade black listed him. Pink sheets is cracking down on companies that use paid in stock promotions through email blasting and third party compensation and I love it.

Worm06 said it best in this statement by him:

Pay attention as Paid Promoters begins the campaign to justify $72.5 million in stock paid for services and other expenses by PLNI in 2004 as per the 2004 10-K recently filed with the SEC by PLNI. There is no justification for this amount of stock to be paid for services and other expenses by a company with zero revenues and 2 employees in 2004.
