Bush's No Child Left Behind is an exposed fraud. The story came out a month ago that the two million worst scores weren't being counted. This is typical Bushie lies, spin and cover-up. Teachers across this country are furious that they have to spend so much time teaching test answers instead of real curriculae. It was all a big fraud designed to disguise the fact that Texas had one of the worst public education systems in the country under Bush. Ditto his state health care. And under Bush Texas became the #1 most polluted state.
