Clearstream does the clearing for SLV.

<All of the question and insinuations raised have been answered multiple times right here on S.I>

No, I have never seen those both links on Clearstream posted, I just searched SI again and only saw one of their past transgressions discussed. Thats original research from me. Actually with all the gold bugs around it is surprising so few have picked up on the sleazy organization entrusted with clearing SLV.

An aside, you know, it is possible Barclays has acquired Buffett's silver, but if so why don't they come out and say so?

Physical silver has the possibility of no taxes but then there is margin through SLV also.
