I dealt with attorneys at the Partner level of generally large law firms. Believe me they have "STRATEGY" sessions where they brainstorm ideas to FIND companies they can sue for generally trumped up charges.
As to your Son's experience, almost the same damn thing happened to me, except my exwife was an OFFICER in the bank where she stole our money, ALREADY frozen by the judge. She STILL got away with it. Divorce courts seem to screw the man every chance they get. All worked out in the end for me though. After a few years of hardship, I ended up with a wonderful wife whom I wouldnt trade for any amount of money, and eventually recouped my losses. Hopefully, your son will have the same experience. jdn
