Illinois is a safe Democratic state. Although Chicago has had a history of political machinery, and no one denies that, democrats certainly did not steal Illinois. In fact it's such a safe state Bush didn't even campaign there.

Also, the writer here is not honest about how Florida 2000 was really stolen. It had nothing to do with hanging chads, it had to do with 57,700 voters being cut off the rolls by a GOP consulting firm at Jeb Bush's behest, even though thousands of those voters (of course mainly blacks) were perfectly legal. The NAACP sued Jeb for this after the election and won an out of court settlement, but the mainstream media never put out the story even though they knew it was true because Jeb denied it, Gore conceded and they were afraid of the new administration. So they buried it.

In Ohio, Diebold paperless machines could have easily been fixed to give Bush the victory. That's been established, as has the Diebold CEO's offer to deliver Ohio for Bush. Even without Diebold though there was massive election fraud in Ohio to the tune of at least 35,000 votes stolen from Kerry, plus the totally dishonest Rove-engineered smearvets campaign and all the phony terrorist alerts. So there is a clear pattern of massive voter fraud and dirty tricks by the Bush-Rove GOP. They definitely stolen it in 2000 and probably stole it in 2004. But even if Bush got more votes than Kerry in 2004, his campaign was totally unethical.
