Clinton had a very active counter-terrorism program which stopped the 1999 LAX bombing. Bush came into power and disbanded the whole thing. All of it. No explanation. Then ordered the FBI not to investigate any Saudis. Bush also ignored the very clear warning on 8-6-01 about Osama bering determined to strike inside the US using hijackings. Bush did nothing. Not a single phonecall. Bush has been bought and paid for by the rich Texas oilmen and Saudi Sheiks for decades. He cares more about the Dubai Ports deal than he does about thousands of dead Americans.
