David, Denial is good, for it assures an extra big haul of hunting trophies.

I was thinking about selling off the last bit of my paper certificate gold and retreat to my physical fortress just last night, this morning, and over the weekend.

I have now decided, "no way". Or rather, "NO WAY". Should old break, I will buy more paper gold than I had ever before. Ditto for silver.

I may buy some more puts to wager against the consumer, the builders, the financials, and whatever else.

I may buy some puts on the base metal miners as well as the oil ETF, market allowing (got to do something to hedge my very own obstinacy.

Chugs, J

Aussie resource shares are getting a horrific pounding now

I am in denial, refusing to mark to market via MS Money

I close my eyes to the red mist

I shut my ears to dull the screams from the arena

but Yen position offsetting losses so far, unless and until AUD/CAD gives back undeserved gains

fun day ahead, and then fun night, no doubt

good that i wrote my gold down to 600, to help me deny more convincingly, and giving me room to write it up again :0)

I start to chant now ...

chaos ... whatever
volatility ... something
crisis ... something else
lonely path ... whatever else
survive ... what about it

it will cc...c..come back to me
hopefully in t...t...t...ti...time
