No, it seems they do MORE than what they said they are going to do, meaning scandals, kickbacks and the like. The term 'Authorized' which you used means abosolutely NOTHING in this context. They are a sham firm, an imposter, running on bought credentials, satisfying the needs of politicians over the investors they are supposed to provide custody for.

This is precisely the reason I raise the issue of the background of the clearing firm.

So what? You sound like a 10-year old kid not an investor.

If you read my post about Clearstream's money-laundering and kickbacks but that bank and if you think that is normal, then we don't have much to talk about.
