The poll, I think it was the WashPost's, which said most Americans said it was ok to do this was apparently seriously slanted by the way it was worded.

IMO, the point is that most Americans WOULD NOT accept having their phone calls data mined by ChoicePoint for profit which is what is apparently happening. This isn't about terrorism, it's about spying on Americans for profit and power.

It's so un-American, it's mind-boggling even with this administration.
