Q1 sales are down seasonally, post Christmas quarter.

Fabs have been running at high utilization rates for many quarters.

Companies use the Q1 seasonal respite to increase inventories in anticipation of rising sales in future quarters and continued high fab utilization.

THE SKY IS FALLING!!!! I think NOT!
