The West coast energy gouging was Bush-Enron's fault, as well as their whole gang from Texas, including James Baker, Cheney, all the rest. It was a 30 billion dollar ripoff and had nothing to do with the California legislature. By the time Grey Davis figured out what was going on, there was littl he could do. Plus, he actually trusted Ken Lay to tell him the truth, which of course he didn't. It was the single biggest ripoff in US history and Bush-Cheney were both accomplices in a major way. I'm not sure how Much Arnold knew, but he rode in on the backs of those crooks too. Whenever you fill up your tank now, you'll know how we felt then. Your $3.50 gas is one third going to gougers deep pockets, to add new layers of fat to their already jiggling hides. They're greedy dishonest pigs and they should be slaughtered, but first we need their protectors Bush-Cheney out of the way.
