I think China has to let the Yuan go up unless they want to continue being 'bagholders' for useless piece of paper ($US's). So look for it to go up a lot more... I dont care what they 'say'... there's no way around it unless they want to keep accumulating dollars bar another bagholder stepping up the bar and taking China's $US's off their hands.

Why are you long term bullish on gold given your deflation expectations.Do you expect a reflation attempt.If so how would money get to Joe Sixpac,so he could continue to bid up prices.
