Well, I just checked and the TDP for the i82945PM MTH is 7 watts. So the 42 watts combined puts it far above Turion 64 X2's 35 watts. And that HKEPC chart may be up to date or maybe not. Another little Napa platform secret is that the chipset only supports a 32 bit processor address bus. Now there's supposed to be a "Napa platform refresh" that occurs simultaneous with Merom. Perhaps that adds some pins and 40-bit address bus functionality to the Napa platform, but who says that the TDP will stay at 7 watts? No one. And it's not clear that the Napa Platform Refresh will be achieved when Merom ships, or later.
